- Between November and December factory gate prices saw no movement, compared with a fall of 0.2% between October and November.
- In the year to December core factory gate prices, excluding the more volatile food, beverages, tobacco and petroleum products, rose 1.0%, compared with a rise of 0.7% in the year to November.
- In the year to December the overall price of materials and fuels bought by UK manufacturers for processing, known as total input prices, fell 1.2%, compared with a fall of 1.0% in the year to November.
- Between November and December total input prices rose 0.1%, compared with a fall of 0.7% between October and November.
