Click here to view the data used in this dashboard

Overall, how would you rate the coordination of your care across the NHS? For example, your healthcare professionals communicating with each other or sharing your information between different parts of the NHS.

This question was asked to respondents who:
- Tried to contact their GP practice for themself or someone else in the last 28 days and/or
- were referred by their GP practice to see a specialist in the last 28 days and/or
- are on an NHS hospital waiting list and/or
- are waiting to receive care, treatment or advice from an NHS community health service? and/or
- had an appointment with one of the NHS community health services in the last 28 days and/or
- had an NHS dental appointment less than one month ago and/or
- were successful in making an NHS dental appointment (who did not have a dentist and who tried to access NHS dental care less than one month ago).

Changes over time should be interpreted with caution, particularly as new participants were added to the survey in Waves 14 and 17. Data should be examined over multiple time points to determine if a real trend exists.

The 95% confidence intervals (CIs) displayed on our charts are a measure of the uncertainty around a specific estimate. If a CI is calculated at the 95% level, it is expected that the interval will contain the true value on 95 occasions, if repeated 100 times.
